Terms & conditions

Tickets 

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets. However, with enough notice, we can attempt to transfer your ticket to another event. Please note that transfer requests can only be made once and a rebooking fee will apply. 
 
All transfer requests must be submitted via email to paletteandpop@gmail.com 
 
The applicable rebooking fees are as follows: 

  • More than 72 hours before the class: £6 per ticket 

  • ⁠Less than 72 hours before the class: £10 per ticket 

  • Day of class / After the class: £15 per ticket 

 

Private Bookings 

We take full payment for corporate/private bookings prior to the event. 

If you needed to cancel your event, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, but we can try our best to rearrange your event to a different date, however a rescheduling fee will apply. 

If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend. 

We take full payment before a private event, to secure the booking. Should you wish to add on any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking. 

Alcohol 

No Alcohol is sold at the Rings Community Centre, Ingleby Barwick, Stockton on Tees, TS17 5LL.  The welcome drink is included in the ticket price.  No other additional drinks can be sold at this venue but you can bring your own alcohol, if one isn’t enough.   

Workshops in bars, pubs, clubs and venues you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol into the venue. There is a welcome drink alcoholic or non-alcoholic included in the ticket price.  Any additional drinks can be bought at the venue and will not be sold by or through Palette and Pop. 

  • All guests consuming alcohol must be 18 years of age or older, if consuming the Alcoholic welcome drink and your lucky enough to look younger than 25 we may respectfully ask you for I.D. 

  • Events at external venues 

  • ⁠Our team will arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to set up. Please ensure access to the venue during this time and that tables and chairs are provided in the space ahead of our team arriving. 

  • ⁠The event will start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may join in but will not be given additional time. The event will finish at the scheduled time. 

  • ⁠If opting for our package with 'pop’, we will provide one glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic beverage per person. You are more than welcome to provide your own. All guests consuming alcohol must be 18 years of age or older. 

  • Our professional artists are present solely to provide art instruction for your workshop. They are not responsible for serving additional beverages or handling any other event logistics outside of the art class. ​

 

Conduct and Behaviour 

  • We pride ourselves on the positive and professional environment of our workshops. Disrespectful, disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. 

  • We ask everyone to drink responsibly. Brush and Bubbles is not liable for any incidents resulting from alcohol consumption. 

  • Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages into our partner venues. 

  • Keep personal belongings secure. Palette and Pop is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

  • Our staff have the right to ask anyone to leave who does not adhere to the above. 

 

Paintings 

Artworks used in events are creations of Palette and Pop's artists and are for instruction purposes only. 

Photos 

Our artists will be taking photos throughout the classes for use on our social media, website and other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be in any of the photos just let one of our artists know on the day and we will make sure to leave you out of them!
